Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Odin, a private team inbox for Facebook Messenger conversations. By using Odin you agree to them.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. The service

Odin provides a workspace where authorized members of an organization can receive, own, and reply to messages sent to that organization's connected Facebook Pages. Odin is an internal team product, not a consumer Messenger application.

2. Accounts and access

  • Access is invite-only and issued by a workspace admin. There is no public signup.
  • Every member must set a new password at first login and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
  • Admins may suspend or remove any member's access at any time.

3. Facebook Page connection

Only a person authorized to administer a Facebook Page may connect it to Odin. By connecting a Page you confirm you have that authority and that you will comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Messenger Platform Policy, and the Facebook Community Standards, including the 24-hour messaging window and applicable message tags.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or misuse of the Messenger Platform.
  • No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No attempt to access another workspace's data, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • No use of the service to store payment card numbers or special-category personal data.

5. Customer data

You remain responsible for the content your team sends and for the lawful handling of customer data in your workspace. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages, or changes made by Meta to the Messenger Platform. We may add, modify, or remove features.

7. Termination

A workspace may stop using Odin at any time by disconnecting its Pages and requesting deletion. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
