User Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the data Odin holds about you. This page explains what gets deleted, how to request it, and how long it takes.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Request deletion by email
Send a message to privacy@odinsuite.wtf with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:
- The name of the Facebook Page you messaged, or the workspace you belong to.
- The name you used on Facebook Messenger, or your workspace email address.
- Whether you want conversation history, your workspace account, or both removed.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
Delete through the workspace
If you are a workspace member, your admin can remove your account from the members screen. If you are an admin, disconnecting a Facebook Page revokes its access token immediately and queues the Page's conversation data for deletion.
Remove Odin from your Facebook account
You can also revoke Odin's access from Facebook directly: open Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Odin, and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us and we treat that notification as a deletion request for the data linked to that account.
What we delete
- Messenger conversation content, attachments, and delivery/read records tied to your identifier.
- Customer profile data received from Meta, including the page-scoped user ID, name, and profile picture.
- Tags, internal notes, reminders, and priority flags attached to your conversations.
- Workspace account details for members: name, email, role, and credentials.
- Facebook Page access tokens for a disconnected Page, revoked immediately.
What we may keep
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, plus aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, and any records we are legally required to keep. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule within 30 days of the live deletion.
